Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190 F-8 ground-attack aircraft in 1:72 scale. The kit holds plastic sprues, clear parts for the canopy, a decal sheet and instructions; the landing gear can be built extended or retracted. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Fw 190 is among the most important German fighter aircraft of the Second World War. The F-8 version was a specialized ground-attack adaptation derived from the A-8 fighter: it carried armor and racks for bombs and other armament for direct support of ground troops. The BMW radial engine gave the machine excellent toughness and steady handling on low-level attacks.
Finish and paint the cockpit and the interior before closing the fuselage up. Glue the clear parts with a cement suited to transparent plastics so that they do not fog. We recommend a primer, then a masked German camouflage and finally the decals under a gloss coat for a clean transition.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
