A German soldier at work in 1:72 scale is a small resin figure from the Italian maker Royal Model for bringing dioramas of the Second World War to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure of a Second World War soldier in a working, non-combat pose in the small 1:72 scale. Despite its small size the polyurethane resin casting offers cleanly rendered detail on the uniform and the equipment. The set serves as an addition to dioramas and scenes around vehicles or a post, and it comes as a kit of several parts.
Wehrmacht personnel spent a considerable part of their time on maintenance, preparation and logistics. Quiet, working scenes give a diorama a story, and the scale of a human figure helps the size of the equipment stand out. The pose of a soldier at work suits field posts as well as the rear area behind fighting vehicles.
Wash the small parts free of mold release agent and separate them carefully from the casting blocks; in a small scale work with a sharp knife and a magnifier. Glue them with superglue (cyanoacrylate). Lay down a thin base and paint with acrylic or oil; on 1:72 figures strong shading proves itself, so that the detail stands out.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
