This set of four 3D-printed resin figures shows modern deck crew in green jerseys, posed for the left side of the aircraft. On a carrier deck the green jerseys are worn by the catapult and arresting gear crews, by air wing maintenance personnel and by quality control personnel. The set is meant for dioramas and deck scenes in 1:72 scale.
On the decks of modern aircraft carriers the color of the jersey tells the working groups apart. The green shirts are responsible for the catapults, the arresting wires and the technical servicing of the aircraft. The figures capture the typical working poses and the equipment of these specialists as they turn the aircraft around.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut off the print supports and sand the marks they leave. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Use acrylic paints; bring out the green jerseys, the helmets and the ear protectors with washes and a dry brush so that the detail reads.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
