A set of photo-etched parts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, intended to refine the 1:72 kit of the American Grumman TBF-1C Avenger carrier-based torpedo bomber from Hobby Boss. It is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory that adds the fine items plastic cannot capture faithfully. The Avenger was the largest single-engine carrier aircraft of its day, and both its busy interior and its external detail are rewarding targets for refinement in photo-etched brass.
For advanced modelers building the Avenger in 1:72 scale who know how to work with photo-etched parts. The parts are bent and bonded with super glue.
