An injection-molded plastic kit of the Israeli Merkava Mk.III main battle tank. The kit holds parts in gray plastic, flexible tracks and decals; the model is built and painted.
The Merkava Mk.III is the third generation of the Israeli main battle tank. It carries a 120 mm smoothbore gun and is marked by a forward-mounted engine, which improves the protection of the crew, and by a rear door for access and evacuation. A chain skirt protecting the rear of the turret is a characteristic feature.
Finish the running gear before the hull is closed. Use liquid modeling cement on the plastic, spray a base coat and airbrush the Israeli sand-gray shade. A wash and dust pigments bring the chain skirt and the running gear to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
