Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the American M4 Sherman medium tank in 1:72 scale from the Italian brand Italeri. It belongs to the fast assembly range with a lower parts count, so it can be built quickly and still keep the faithful outlines of the real tank. The boxing is usually laid out as a pair of models, which makes it a good fit for a small diorama or for gaming. The exact contents and the marking options of a particular boxing are given in the instructions in the box.
The M4 Sherman was the most widespread American medium tank of the Second World War and became the workhorse of the Allied armored units. It was built in enormous numbers and in many variants that differed in hull, engine and armament. The basic version carried a 75mm gun in a rotating turret, it was reliable and easy to build and repair, and thanks to Lend-Lease deliveries it served not only with the American army but also with British, Soviet and other Allied units. It was committed on every front, from North Africa through Italy and Western Europe to the Pacific.
Assemble and fine-tune the running gear and the lower hull before you close the model up and paint it. Even on a fast-build kit it pays to fill the seams of the hull and to line up the gun barrel. Liven up the single-color olive finish with panel-to-panel variation and a gloss clear coat under the decals. Build the weathering with dark washes into the seams, drybrushing on the edges and dust and mud pigments on the running gear and the lower areas.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
