Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit from Czech manufacturer Smer depicting the Soviet supersonic fighter Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 in the MF version. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Inside the box you will find plastic parts, a clear cockpit part, and a decal sheet with markings.
The MiG-21 was a Soviet single-seat supersonic fighter and interceptor with a characteristic delta wing that entered service at the turn of the 1950s and 1960s. The MF version was one of the most widely produced and highest-performing series in the family. The MiG-21 became one of the most numerous jet aircraft ever built and served in dozens of countries around the world, including Czechoslovakia.
This is an easy-to-build kit of classic design. It is worth cleaning up the mold seams, dry-fitting the parts, and paying attention to the fuselage joints and leading edges. Thin liquid cement for plastic, light filling of the seams, and a gloss coat before the decals all work well. The MiG-21 rewards both Soviet and domestic camouflage schemes as well as striking bare-metal surfaces.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
