Resin (3D-printed) figures of a modern red jersey ordnance crew with an AERO 21A trolley in 1:72 scale from Reskit: three figures and an ordnance trolley. An accessory for experienced modelers, not an aircraft model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of resin (3D-printed) figures, not an aircraft model. The set holds three figures of modern aircraft carrier deck crew in 1:72 scale together with the AERO 21A ordnance trolley. The red jerseys are the members of the ordnance crew: in their red vests they prepare and move the weapons. The trolley is set up for bombs of the Mk.82 family; the scene captures the transport and preparation of ordnance on deck and suits models of present-day carrier aircraft. The set is made by Reskit, a specialist in resin and 3D-printed accessories for experienced modelers.
Lay a primer on the resin, then the color. In a small scale go for contrast: deep red vests and a lighter flesh tone will keep the figures legible even at this small size. Shade the recesses with a darker tone and lighten the raised areas. Paint the Mk.82 family bombs on the trolley in the matching technical shade with colored marking bands; a fine wash will tie the scene together.
For modelers of present-day carrier aircraft in 1:72 scale who want to bring a deck scene with ordnance being prepared and moved to life around their machine. Fine 3D-printed sculpture at this scale calls for experience and a steady hand.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The aircraft model, paints and glue are not included in the package. Use a respirator and ventilate when sanding resin.
