Zvezda Scythian cavalry (1:72) is a set of unpainted plastic figures of ancient Scythian riders for a historical diorama.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains unpainted injection-molded plastic figures of Scythian mounted warriors in 1:72 scale. In the package you will find both horses and riders in several poses, their weapons included. It is a classic historical set from Zvezda intended for dioramas and battle scenes of antiquity.
The Scythians were nomadic mounted warriors of the Eurasian steppes, famous above all as archers fighting from the saddle. In the period roughly from the 6th to the 3rd century BC they made distant campaigns, and their fast cavalry was one of the feared forces of the ancient world. Their typical armament was a recurve bow, a spear and a short sword.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife, clean up the flash and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. First lay a base color over both the horses and the riders; the coats of the horses and the clothing will stand out with layering and a dark wash into the folds. Choose the colors according to the realities of the steppe at the time.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
