This is a 3D-printed (resin) detail set of the PTB-800 underwing drop tank for the Sukhoi Su-25 Frogfoot attack aircraft in 1:72 scale from Reskit. It is not a kit or an airplane model, but an authentic replacement drop tank with a capacity of 800 liters, which the Su-25 carries on its underwing pylons.
The set replaces the simplified or missing plastic tank with a precise 3D-printed part with accurate proportions, filler necks and surface details. It completes the Su-25's underwing loadout for longer combat sorties and increases the realism of the model's underside.
Wash off any uncured print resin residue, cut away the print supports and clean up the surfaces; protect your airways when sanding resin. Glue with cyanoacrylate (super glue). Apply a primer before painting and spray the shades with an airbrush. At 1:72 scale, work carefully given the small size of the parts.
This is a detail accessory, not an airplane model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
