Omask self-adhesive masks for the British bomber Vickers Wellington (the Mk.Ia/Mk.Ic and Mk.II versions) in 1:72 scale. This is not a model but an accessory for spraying the glazing cleanly. The masks are cut exactly for the Wellington kit from Airfix, which you need to own. The Wellington was a British twin-engine bomber famous for the geodetic structure of its fuselage, thanks to which it withstood considerable combat damage.
A mask is a self-adhesive template cut to the shape of the canopy frames and the glazing. You stick it on, spray over it, peel it off - and the transition of the paint on the frames is knife-sharp and the glass is clean. Laying every last frame by hand with cut strips of tape takes long minutes and paint may creep under it anyway; a pre-cut mask solves that reliably and in a fraction of the time. Sets like this usually include wheel masks as well. The set is prepared for the glazing variants of the Mk.Ia/c and Mk.II versions.
The set fits the Wellington kit from Airfix in 1:72 and nothing else; it will not fit models from other brands. Check that you are building the Airfix kit - that will save you disappointment.
This is a masking accessory, not a model. The kit, paints and clear varnish are not included in the package.
