Responsibility details are not available.
A set of plastic figures in 1:72 scale from the HäT brand. This is a large box: it contains a hundred figures in twenty poses, that is twice the count and markedly more variety than the usual infantry sets in this line. The figures are unpainted and cast in one piece, so a single box builds a whole battalion in which the poses barely repeat.
From 1806 the Kingdom of Württemberg belonged to the Confederation of the Rhine, and its troops fought alongside France against Austria and in Russia. Württemberg infantry wore a distinctive helmet with a caterpillar crest, similar to the Bavarian one, and a dark blue coat. Only a fraction of the corps returned from the campaign of 1812, which makes Württemberg units a rewarding subject for dioramas of the Russian campaign.
Wash the figures, dry them and spray them with a flexible primer. With a hundred pieces, work in groups: lay the base coats down en masse and finish only the faces, facings and equipment by hand. Bring out the caterpillar crest of the helmet with a dark glaze and a light touch of dry-brushing. Twenty poses let you build a formation in which nothing repeats, so sort the figures before painting.
The figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
