A set of plastic figures in 1:72 scale from the brand HäT. The package contains fifteen figures in five poses and twelve horses in four poses. The set is a kit: front and rear saddlebags are fitted to the horses and some of the riders have separate arms. The figures are unpainted.
Ottoman cavalry played its part in the First World War on the vast battlefields of the Middle East, where roads and railways were lacking. It operated in Palestine, in Mesopotamia and in the Caucasus, and its value lay in reconnaissance, in covering the flanks and in moving quickly over great distances. Against the British cavalry in Palestine it fought the last great mounted engagements in world history.
Wash the plastic, dry it and spray it with a flexible primer. Put the saddlebags and the arms together dry first and only then glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. The Ottoman field color runs between khaki and sand, and the headgear differed by unit, so you can divide the formation by color. Bring the horses together into two shades and create the dust on the lower part of the body with a light pigment.
The figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
