Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the British 40 mm Bofors anti-aircraft gun together with an artillery tractor, in 1:76 scale from Airfix. The model belongs to the Vintage Classics range, that is to the reissue of an older classic tool. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The automatic 40 mm Bofors gun came out of Sweden and became one of the most widespread light anti-aircraft weapons of the Second World War; dozens of armies used it. With British units it made up the standard light anti-aircraft armament, and a wheeled tractor brought it into its firing position.
The set is made up of two assemblies, the gun and the tractor, which can be joined into a towed combination. With an older tool, count on some work on the joints. Lay on a primer and then British khaki with an airbrush; pick the small detail out with a brush and a light wash, and bring the surfaces to life with dry pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
