A publication from the Topdrawings drawing series of the Kagero publishing house. The subject is the Soviet destroyer of the Skoryi class. The Topdrawings series rests on technical drawings of the real subject, so this is a printed booklet of drawings, not a kit and not a modeling accessory.
Topdrawings is the Kagero name for a drawing imprint whose core is drawings of the ship in question. Check the extent of the booklet, the scales of the individual drawings and the language of the captions in the imprint of the booklet.
The destroyers of the Skoryi class were Soviet postwar units that followed on from design solutions of the Second World War period and were produced in a large run. They were conventional destroyers with gun and torpedo armament, that is ships still from the time before missile armament came in. A number of them later found their way into other navies as well, and some went through modernizations that changed their appearance. For a modeler it is a type for which documentation is harder to come by than for Western ships, so a booklet of drawings is all the more useful here.
This is a printed publication with drawings, not a kit and not a modeling accessory.
