Airbrush Thinner 200ml

Vallejo Airbrush Thinner 200 ml

Airbrush Thinner is a specialized thinner from the Spanish brand Vallejo in a practical bottle with a volume of 200 ml. It serves to thin Vallejo acrylic modeling paints (the Model Air, Model Color and Game Color ranges and the liquid acrylics) so that they reach the right consistency for spraying with an airbrush as well as for applying with a brush. It is water-thinnable and, according to the manufacturer, contains no solvents and is non-flammable. It thins the paint without any loss of adhesion, durability or covering power.

Use

• It increases the flow of the paint and slightly extends the drying time, which helps against clogging of the airbrush nozzle.
• For the airbrush add, according to the manufacturer, a maximum of about 25 percent thinner, and for applying with a brush up to about 50 percent.
• It allows a finer and smoother coat, smooth transitions and thin layers.
• It does not thin synthetic or solvent-based paints - it is intended for Vallejo acrylics.
• Shake both the paint and the thinner well before use and test the ratio on a test area.

Who it is for

The thinner will be appreciated by modelers who apply Vallejo paints with an airbrush and need to reach the right viscosity reliably for a clean, even coat. It is also suitable for thinning when painting with a brush in the classic way. The practical volume of 200 ml lasts a long time even with frequent spraying.

Keep out of reach of children. Even though the product is, according to the manufacturer, non-flammable and free of solvents, work in a well ventilated room and prevent the thinner from drying in the airbrush. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging.
