A light blue semi-gloss shade from the line of paints for Gundam kits, matched to the Cal-re.A machine of the Black Knight Squad.
Responsibility details are not available.
A paint from the line of shades intended for kits of Gundam robots. The name ties it to the machine designated Cal-re.A of the Black Knight Squad and describes it exactly: a light blue tone in a semi-gloss sheen. Thanks to that the builder does not have to put the shade together from two bottles or guess how light the blue on the subject actually is.
Light cool shades behave differently from saturated colors. On dark plastic they cover less well and under a heavier application they easily flood the edges that are meant to break the whole shape up. It therefore pays to start with a light base and to build the paint up in thin coats until the area evens the tone out. The semi-gloss sheen then keeps the result legible: it does not dazzle with reflections as a gloss does, but neither does it swallow the edges as a full matte does, and a wash in the panel lines stays where it was put.
The paint alone is supplied. The kit, thinner, varnish and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise. Work in a well-ventilated room and store the bottle carefully closed, out of the reach of children.
