Eight shades for modern Israeli jets: the gray of air superiority, the desert pattern for the F-16, orange markings and the gray of the F-35.

The set follows the development of the finishes of the Israeli Air Force from the 1970s to the present. Dark Ghost Grey to FS36320 belongs to the air superiority scheme worn by the F-15A and F-15B, by Kfir C2 aircraft, later by the F-15C and F-15D and also by some of the Mirage III, including the reconnaissance RF-4E and the patrolling E-2C. It is complemented by the lighter Light Ghost Grey to FS36375 from the same scheme.
From 1980 the air force introduced a camouflage known as the pattern for the F-16, which rested on the trio of Sand FS33531, Dark Tan FS30219 and Sky Grey-Green FS34424 on the upper surfaces. All the Israeli F-16s of the A, B, C, D and I versions carried it, as did the Kfir C7, some of the C2 machines and the F-15I as well. The lower surfaces stayed in a light gray.
The last three bottles aim at the newer types. Medium Grey to FS35237 is the overall finish of the M-346I trainers, called Lavi in Israeli service, and with it goes International Orange to FS12197 on the underside of the wingtips, which serves as a conspicuous element for better visibility. Have Glass Grey to FS36170 then matches the finish of the whole F-35 fleet, including the Israeli version called Adir.
The range is acrylic and meant for the brush, so it suits cockpits, underwing stores and small fittings as well. The grays cover better over a gray base, the orange over a white one. On a small part every gray reads darker than it really is, so test the shade on a piece of scrap plastic before painting canopy frames.
