Thirty membrane papers for a wet palette. A sheet is laid on the soaked foam and forms the working surface through which the moisture passes to the paint. It is the only truly consumable part of the whole assembly.
Responsibility details are not available.
The membrane paper separates the wet foam from the paint. It lets only moisture through upward, not water in drops, so the acrylic is not thinned and at the same time does not dry out. It is precisely on this coat that all the mixing, the transitions and the thinning take place, and that is also why it gets clogged fastest of all the parts of the palette.
The number of thirty pieces is stated in the name, so there is something to go on. How long the package will last already depends on the way of working: anyone who paints one figure a week and only rinses the sheet after a sitting will make do with a package far longer than someone who alternates entirely different palettes of shades every day. One sheet is certainly not for a single use, but neither will it last forever.
Everyone recognizes the end themselves. The paper tears in the place where a point has repeatedly been stuck into it, or dark pigments eat their way into the fibers and light shades can no longer be judged on it. A sheet that seeps behaves the opposite way from how it should, besides, and thins the paint. With pastel tones and when mixing white it therefore pays rather to reach for a fresh piece, because there every trace of earlier work shows up at once.
The package will serve anyone who builds a wet palette their own way. The paper works in an ordinary closable box with damp foam too, which illustrators, painters of figures and art classes make use of, where the main point is that the paint should not be thrown away after half an hour.
