Paint display and work station 40 x 30 cm

Vallejo Paint display and work station – a work board with a paint stand

This is modeling accessory equipment, not a model and not a paint. It combines a work surface to put things down on with a stand that paint bottles are set into, and with compartments for brushes, tweezers, a scalpel and other small tools. The dimension given in the name matches the footprint of the station, so it fits even on a smaller table and can be set aside with work in progress on it.

What it is good for

• The paints stand upright and are visible, so the shade you are after is found faster
• The tools have a permanent place and do not get lost among the parts
• The marked-out area protects the table from drops of paint and glue and from offcuts
• All the work in progress can be carried or cleared away at once

How to make use of it

It proves best to keep only the paints for the current project on the station and to have the rest of the collection in a separate storage system – the working area then stays free. It is worth wiping the tray after every session, while the paint residues are fresh; dried acrylic stains are considerably harder to remove. Before you buy, compare the diameter of your own bottles with the holes in the stand, because individual paint brands have differently shaped packaging.

Who it is for

For modelers who work at a shared or small table and need to have everything to hand, and also for those who often interrupt a build and have to clear it away. It will also be appreciated by owners of a growing paint collection who want to separate the working shades from the rest.

This is accessory equipment for modeling work. Paints, brushes and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
