1:48 Tree Trunk Section and Old Stump - Firma49

A resin diorama accessory from the Firma49 brand in 1:48 scale. The set represents a section of a felled tree trunk and an old stump, features for the terrain of dioramas and vignettes. It is not a vehicle kit or a figure but a separate scenic accessory cast in resin.

Use

  • Wash the casting to remove any mold release residue and cut off the casting blocks.
  • Bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate) onto the base of the diorama.
  • Paint it with acrylics and bring the wood to life with glazes, washes and pigments for the effect of age and moss.
  • It goes well with static grass and other scenic material.

For builders of dioramas and vignettes in 1:48 scale who want a realistic natural feature in a scene.
