The pair of figures captures Soviet infantrymen of 1943 factually, that is from the period of intense fighting on the Eastern Front. The treatment of the uniforms, the kit and the poses follows period references and makes it possible to set the figures into a scene with armored vehicles.
Before assembly, wash the mold release agent off the castings, cut the casting blocks off and align the joints. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue and wear respiratory protection while sanding. The faces and the uniforms come out best when painted with acrylics, with the shadows and highlights built up gradually.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted as resin castings. The glue, the paints and a figure base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
