Flexible Metallic Silver Paint 240ml

What the paint can do

An opaque metallic paint in a silver shade whose flexible version is stated in the name itself: the dried coat stays pliable and will therefore take a substrate that bends or creases. On a rigid model it behaves like an ordinary metallic paint, but on a pliable material it does not crack as easily as a hard coat. The 240 ml volume matches work on large areas.

How to apply it

• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use, as the metallic component settles to the bottom.
• The substrate must be clean, degreased and smooth; every unevenness stands out under a metallic shade.
• Apply in several thin coats and let the surface dry between them.
• Over a dark undercoat the metallic sheen looks richer than over a light one.
• On an unusual material, test the adhesion on a piece of the same substrate first.
• Pour the amount you need into a dish so that the contents of the bottle do not get contaminated.
• For thinning and for cleaning your tools, follow the manufacturer's directions given on the packaging.

Field of use

A large package aims at the areas on which a small bottle would run out quickly: terrain and backdrops, costume accessories, decorative objects, bases and models in larger scales. For small details it serves just as well, of course, only you will paint a great many of them from such a volume.

Terms of supply

A bottle of 240 ml is supplied, according to the name of the item. Brushes, primer, thinner and a clear varnish are your own to prepare, unless stated otherwise. Work in a well-ventilated room and store the bottle carefully closed and out of the reach of children.
