A precise finished collector's model in metal in 1:64 scale from the MINI GT brand. It captures the Toyota GR86 sports coupe in the conversion by the tuning firm HKS (Type R), as it was presented at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2022 show. The rendering is in a black-and-red combination with right-hand drive (RHD). The model is supplied finished and painted, on a blister card as a limited edition.
The Toyota GR86 is a modern rear-wheel-drive car with a four-cylinder boxer engine, popular in the drift and tuning community. The HKS Type R demonstrator adds an aerodynamic body kit, sports wheels and a striking livery - a typical exhibit of the Japanese Tokyo Auto Salon show.
The model has a metal body and chassis, rubber tires, soft rubber mirrors, a worked-out interior, wheels and underside. The black-and-red rendering faithfully reproduces the HKS show car.
