A basic set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks from kabuki paper for a model of the American P-47M Thunderbolt fighter in 1:48 scale. It is neither a kit nor a part of the aircraft but a modeling accessory for clean spraying of the canopy frames and other clear parts. The BASIC level covers the outer canopy frames and the clear parts.
The P-47M was the final and fastest version of the heavy Thunderbolt fighter of the end of the Second World War. It came about in a hurry to intercept fast German machines and was marked by a more powerful Pratt & Whitney engine. It was deployed among others with the 56th Fighter Group of the USAAF.
The masks are a separate accessory. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
