A pointed brush keeps its shape at the tip and releases the paint gradually, so it serves both for painting larger areas and for drawing a fine line at the end of a stroke. The size L is the larger of the sizes in which this brush is made; the smaller ones are meant for the finest detail.
Rinse the brush immediately after work and never let the paint dry in the ferrule; paint that has hardened at the base of the hairs will spread the tip apart for good. Wash it with a mild soap, shape the tip with your fingers and let it dry with the tip upwards or lying down, never standing in a jar on its tip.
Paints and thinner are not part of the package, unless stated otherwise.
