London Bus is a kit of the iconic London double-decker bus in 1:40 scale from the Tiny Adventures line by the German manufacturer Revell. It is made up of laser-cut wooden parts with an exact fit, so it goes together dry, without glue and without any need for painting. The finished bus is driven by a rubber-band wind-and-go mechanism, and figures are included to bring the model to life.
The subject is the classic London double-decker bus, a symbol of the British capital. The model captures its tall body, its two decks and its typical silhouette in simplified form; the finished length is about 23 cm.
Break the parts out of the frames and level the edges with the enclosed sandpaper. Follow the instructions, seat the axles and the rubber-band drive, and finally place the figures. As a rule you need neither glue nor tools.
