A drive sprocket in the late version with eighteen teeth for a model of the Tiger II heavy tank in 1:35 scale, including a final drive housing. A replacement for the part from the box.
Responsibility details are not available.
An accessory for models of the Tiger II heavy tank, known among modelers as the King Tiger, in 1:35 scale. It holds a drive sprocket with eighteen teeth in the late form and, with it, a final drive housing, which on the front of the hull carries the shaft of the sprocket.
The teeth of the drive sprocket are visible along the whole length of the track on a model, and the eye notices every inaccuracy on them. The part from the box tends to be simplified for production reasons, the edges of the teeth are rounded and the lightening of the hub is often only suggested. The replacement sprocket has its shape worked out in depth, so once the track is fitted the running gear looks sharper even in a close-up photograph.
For modelers building a Tiger II in 1:35 scale who want the running gear without simplification. Choose the late type of sprocket according to which form of the vehicle you are building; the early variant is in the range as a separate item. The assignment to a particular kit and the recommended procedure can be found in the manufacturer's instructions.
The package holds only the parts of the drive sprocket and the final drive. A kit, tracks, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
