This is a collector's resin figure in 1:35 scale from BlackSnake Model, not a vehicle kit. The figure represents a German commander of a Tiger heavy tank in winter uniform, belonging to the Totenkopf Division, in a vignette from the Eastern Front. It serves to man the commander's cupola of a tank or to go into a diorama.
The figure captures a typical armored vehicle commander of the Second World War in winter clothing, as was common on the Eastern Front in the winter months. It is a standard historical militaria subject for builders of armor and dioramas.
First wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and separate them from the casting blocks. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting. The winter uniform comes out well in acrylics or oils with gentle transitions, and the face by layering flesh tones. Sand resin with respiratory protection.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the vehicle are not included in the package.
