This resin set contains finely cast ejection seats for the Convair F-106 Delta Dart interceptor in 1:48 scale. It is not an airplane kit but an aftermarket accessory that will refine the cockpit of the F-106A version and of the two-seat F-106B alike.
The Convair F-106 Delta Dart was a supersonic interceptor of the US Air Force with a delta wing, deployed in the air defense system. A finely rendered ejection seat with its harness is one of the most conspicuous pieces when the canopy is open.
Wash the residue of the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and sand the marks down with respiratory protection. Glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). It pays off to spray the seats with an airbrush and to bring out the harness with a wash and drybrushing.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
