White glue for scenery work in a 230 ml bottle. It bonds scatter, foliage, ground cover and lightweight materials.
Responsibility details are not available.
Terrain building stands or falls on what ties the loose materials to the base. This white glue is built for exactly that: it can be thinned with water to any consistency, soaks through a layer of scatter right down to the bottom, and dries clear, so it neither dulls the surface nor lightens the color of the material.
Undiluted it suits joining larger elements, that is rock castings, tree trunks, polystyrene blocks or the boards under the terrain. Thinned with water at roughly one to one with a drop of dish soap it is used as a fixative: it is dripped over finished scatter and saturates it without washing away the shape you have created.
The bottle holds 230 ml. Drying time depends on the thickness of the layer and on the temperature in the workshop; with saturated scatter it is a matter of hours rather than minutes. Tools and spills are cleaned with water while the glue is still wet.
PVA glue is made for porous materials, that is paper, plaster, wood, textile fibers and foamed materials. On smooth metal, on glossy plastic or on a joint that will carry weight it cannot be relied on. Such jobs call for super glue or two-part resin. The bottle should be stored somewhere warm above freezing, because a frozen dispersion separates and will not come back together.
