Warm white LED lights 1 mm from Green Stuff World: ten wired LEDs with a resistor and leads, ready to light a model or a diorama.
Responsibility details are not available.
The package contains ten miniature light-emitting diodes one millimeter in size in a warm white shade. The LEDs come already mounted on leads and with a series resistor, so there is nothing to calculate or to solder beforehand. Warm white is a shade with a yellower cast that looks like the light of a classic bulb or lamp, and it therefore suits interiors, the windows of buildings and scenes from earlier periods.
The LEDs are made for a direct-current supply of roughly three to eighteen volts; at a lower voltage they glow weakly and at around nine to twelve volts they light fully. The leads are several tens of centimeters long, so the power source can be hidden out of the scene. The ends of the leads are stripped and joined to the supply, and brass wire or tube can also be used to carry the current inside a model.
For builders of dioramas, buildings and display cases who want to bring light into a scene, and for modelers who do not mind basic work with wires. Even a beginner can manage the wiring, though soldering makes the work easier.
Connect the LEDs only to a safe low-voltage source, that is, to a battery or a mains adapter. Never connect them straight to a socket and do not exceed the recommended voltage, or they will be destroyed.
