This is a water-thinnable weathering product of the gouache type from the Japanese manufacturer Gunze (Mr. Hobby), packaged in a tube. The light brown shade Light Mud Brown serves to imitate mud, dust and dried dirt. Unlike enamel or oil products it gives off no sharp smell and needs no aggressive thinners; it is worked with water. It is not an opaque paint for a model, but a weathering material for building up a patina.
