Mr.Paint MRP-446 Helloliv is a lacquer-type modeling paint in the RAL 6040-F9 shade. It is thinned with lacquer thinner, not with water.

A modeling paint from the maker Mr.Paint in the RAL 6040-F9 shade, light olive in English. The series with the MRP code without the letter A is of the lacquer type: it is supplied thinned for direct spraying with an airbrush and is thinned with lacquer thinner. It is not thinned with water and it is not mixed with water-thinnable acrylics. The standard bottle of the series holds 30 ml.
RAL 6040-F9 Helloliv is a light olive shade from the register of Bundeswehr camouflage paints. It is one of the four shades of the desert and steppe scheme, which it makes up together with Sandbeige, Tarngrau and Sandbraun. The greenish tone in a desert scheme is no accident: it helps a vehicle blend into an environment with low vegetation as well, where a purely sandy color would stand out. The F9 register prescribes a matte surface.
The paint is thinned for direct spraying with an airbrush. Mix the bottle before use and apply more thin coats. With a masked multicolor scheme it pays to start with the lightest shade and to spray the darker ones over it, because a light color asserts itself over a dark one only with difficulty. Rinse the airbrush out with lacquer thinner.
The paint is flammable and contains organic solvents. Work in a well-ventilated area, use a respirator with a filter for organic vapors and keep the paint away from open flame. An airbrush, thinner and masking material are not included in the package.
