The manufacturer states three frames and six jerrycans in the Nowack pattern of 1941, so unlike most sets of the same series it also holds the containers themselves. It is not a model of a vehicle but an accessory for a finished model.
The light armored car Sd.Kfz 222 had a small interior and a long reconnaissance reach, so the fuel was carried in jerrycans fastened on the outside. The racks for them were usually field-made or a later production modification and differed from one unit to another. Because the set holds the frames and the containers in a particular period pattern, the modeler gets a whole group of items that belong together, including the correct marking on the sheet metal of the jerrycan.
The parts are very small and brittle. Separate them with a sharp knife or a fine-toothed saw over a light surface, so that they do not get lost, and level the remains of the supports with a fine file. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Before painting, spray on a thin coat of primer.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
