A large injection-molded plastic kit of the German Henschel Hs 123A-1 ground-attack biplane in 1:32 scale from the Ukrainian maker ICM. This edition captures the machines deployed with the German Condor Legion during the Spanish Civil War. Thanks to the large scale the model offers a richly broken-up surface, a detailed cockpit and a radial engine. According to the manufacturer the package holds markings for the machines of the unit deployed in Spain in 1937 and matches the airframe configuration of the period. The Henschel Hs 123 was a German single-engine ground-attack biplane with fixed landing gear and a radial engine, intended for dive bombing and for close support of ground forces. Its first combat use came in the Spanish Civil War with the Condor Legion, where the Luftwaffe was testing tactics and equipment. Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic and sand the joints carefully. Paint the cockpit interior before you close the fuselage. After the gloss clear coat and the decals, accentuate the panel lines with a wash and add the dust and service effects that suit field conditions.
