Responsibility details are not available.
A 3D-printed resin set of magazines and ammunition boxes for the German 37 mm Flak 43 anti-aircraft gun in 1:35 scale from GINGER CAT. The manufacturer gives eight pieces in the package and lists the set separately from the comparable set for the older Flak 36, because the magazines of these weapons differ.
The Flak 43 was the last and most capable German 37 mm anti-aircraft weapon. It was created with wartime production in mind, had a simpler design and a markedly higher rate of fire than its predecessors, so ammunition consumption was greater still. The weapon appeared on a towed carriage as well as on armored carriers, the best known of which is the Ostwind anti-aircraft tank. The magazines and boxes therefore suit a model of the gun as well as an armored vehicle.
3D-printed parts are small and brittle: separate them with a fine-tooth saw or with nippers and level the remains of the print supports with a fine file. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); solvent cement for plastic does not hold. Before painting, spray a thin coat of primer, as a heavy coat would drown the detail.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
