Responsibility details are not available.
A 3D-printed resin set of rounds and cartridge cases for the German 75 mm PaK 40 anti-tank gun in 1:35 scale from GINGER CAT. The manufacturer gives thirty pieces in the package and distinguishes rounds from cartridge cases, so both ammunition made ready and a heap of spent cases by the carriage can be built.
The PaK 40 was the main German anti-tank gun of the second half of the war: 75 mm caliber, a long barrel and a low shield that made the weapon easy to conceal. The same ammunition was used in the tank and self-propelled forms of this weapon, so the set serves more than one subject. At an anti-tank position a heap of empty cartridge cases is moreover the most eloquent detail that can be built into a scene, because it shows how long the fight was.
3D-printed parts are small and brittle: separate them with a fine-tooth saw or with nippers and level the remains of the print supports with a fine file. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); solvent cement for plastic does not hold. Before painting, spray a thin coat of primer, as a heavy coat would drown the detail.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
