The photo-etched fenders 1:35 Fenders M8 and M20 from Royal Model replace thick plastic with thin metal with a relief. This is a partial accessory, not a whole kit. The set is intended for the Tamiya kit.

This partial photo-etched set from Royal Model replaces the plastic fenders of both related American cars with fine metal sheet with a molded relief. This set does not contain resin; it is purely work with metal and on one particular area of the vehicle. It is based on the dimensions of the Tamiya kit.
On the real car this is thin pressed sheet, which in service bent, got dented and not seldom was missing altogether. An injection mold, however, has to cast it in a thickness that corresponds more to armor than to sheet. Replacing it with metal is therefore among the few modifications that are visible on a finished model from a yard away. On top of that it allows an edge to be turned over, a dent from an impact to be suggested or a fender to be shortened, as tended to be the case on worn cars with combat units.
The M8 Greyhound was a six-wheeled armored car with a rotating turret and a 37 mm gun, used for reconnaissance. The M20 was based on it, only it lacked the turret and carried the commander, signalers and men. Both vehicles have identical fenders, which is why the set deals with them together. What is more, you can fine-tune the edge of metal already glued on with the pressure of a thumb.
This is a partial accessory, not a whole kit. A bending tool, cyanoacrylate glue and paints are not enclosed.
