BSK Model German Head Light and Rear Light Set 1:35 is a set of 3D-printed head lights and rear lights for German vehicles. It is not a model of a vehicle but an accessory for a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a 3D-printed detail set, not a kit of a vehicle. It replaces the coarse injection-molded head lights and rear lights on German Second World War hardware. The brand prints these parts from a flexible resin and builds its sets as a simpler alternative to photo-etched metal; according to the manufacturer the package holds printed parts only, with no photo-etched parts in it. It is a universal set, covering elements that recur on several vehicle types rather than a set tailored to a single model.
German vehicles carried head lights on short brackets at the front and, at the rear, lights adapted for driving in convoy under blackout. They are small, strongly shaped elements on the otherwise smooth surfaces of the fenders and the hull, so the eye finds them on a model immediately. Injection-molded plastic usually simplifies them and the wall thickness tends to be at the edge of what the technology allows; with printed parts that limitation does not apply.
Cut the parts off with a sharp new blade and sand the area left by the support. The material is more flexible than you would expect, so it can be sliced and does not crack. Glue it with cyanoacrylate glue; cement for plastic will not hold. Degrease the parts before painting and spray them over a filler primer; clear glass can be suggested with a drop of gloss varnish.
The set contains only the parts listed. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
