The model captures this distinctive craft with its hull, its deck, a pair of propellers and rudders and a tracked chassis. The box contains photo-etched parts and a mask for the cab windows.
The Land-Wasser-Schlepper was a German amphibious tractor developed from the second half of the 1930s. It was used to tow loads and to carry them between ship and shore; in the water it was driven by its propellers and on land by its tracked chassis. Only a small number of the vehicles were built and they were used in the Second World War for supply and engineer tasks.
Assemble the chassis and the deck fittings step by step, and glue the individual track sections and the photo-etched parts with the appropriate glue. Use the mask supplied when you paint the cab windows. Spray with an airbrush over a primer and add washes and pigments; the amphibious role stands out with water, mud and dust effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
