A photo-etched anti-slip plate for vehicle models in 1:35 scale, the no. 3 pattern variant.
Responsibility details are not available.
Anti-slip plates are on real vehicles everywhere people walk and climb: on the fenders, on the engine deck, on platforms and steps. Their pattern is regular and fine, so on a model it immediately conveys the scale and gives surfaces a depth that a smooth surface will never have. The no. 3 designation distinguishes a pattern variant within the line, and other numbers carry different patterns.
A photo-etched metal part with an anti-slip pattern for models in 1:35 scale. It is used as a sheet from which you cut the shape you need yourself, so it suits vehicles for which no ready-made set exists. Before starting, compare the pattern with references for the machine you are building: the patterns differ between individual vehicles and manufacturers, and in 1:35 scale the difference shows clearly.
Separate the parts with a sharp blade on a hard surface, not by breaking them off, so that the edge does not ripple. Level and degrease the area on the model beforehand; the slightest irregularity shows through a thin part. Glue with thin super glue that flows under the part, and press the whole area down at once, for example with the flat of a pair of tweezers. Apply a primer before painting, otherwise the paint rubs off the smooth surface easily. The pattern comes out when you go over the area with a dry brush in a lighter shade once it has dried.
The model of the vehicle, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
