It is not a kit, but accessory material. A large package makes sense where a small element repeats on dozens of bases and a smaller set would run out in the middle of the work.
With a large number of pieces it pays to work in two steps: first glue the parts on and spray a base coat over the whole base, and only then go over the individual details. Bone comes out best after a light ocher base, a darker wash in the recesses and light drybrushing across the edges. Divide the heap of pieces into a bowl beforehand, so that the bag does not end up scattered across the table. They are bonded with super glue or with PVA glue into terrain paste.
