A spherical tilting mount for the table-top vise from the same brand, DSPIAE. It lets a clamped part be tilted in any direction without releasing the jaws.

A mount that goes between the base and the clamping head of the table-top vise and adds a ball joint to it. A clamped part can then be tilted and turned into any position without having to be taken out of the jaws. Repeated releasing and retightening is in fact the most common reason why a small glued-on detail snaps off during fine work.
Fit the mount according to the instructions for the vise and tighten the clamping nut moderately. The ball joint should be stiff enough not to move under the weight of the part, yet still be adjustable by hand; overtightening the nut will damage the joint. Rest against the bench while working, not against the joint itself, because a sideways force gradually loosens its mating surfaces.
The mount clamps nothing on its own; it is an accessory for the vise, which you have to have or obtain separately. Before buying, check that the interface of your vise matches.

It pays to take the joint apart and wipe it from time to time. Sanding dust settling on the mating surfaces eventually makes the joint either stiff or, on the contrary, unable to hold a position, and both are harder to put right than to prevent.
