HTK-B098 umber is an acrylic modeling paint of the Blue Line range in a brown earth shade, in 10 ml bottles and intended above all for the brush.
Responsibility details are not available.
An acrylic modeling paint from the Polish maker Hataka, from the Blue Line range, in a brown earth shade, that is, in the tone that artists' paints call umber. The name of the shade is French, which refers to period French color designations. Blue Line is a water-thinned acrylic with a high pigment content, tuned above all for brushing. The bottle holds 10 ml.
It is thinned with water or with acrylic thinner from the same maker, not with lacquer thinner. Do not confuse this range with the lacquer range from the same maker; the chemistry and the thinner are different. For the airbrush thinning is necessary, because the paint is deliberately thick. Add the thinner in small amounts; an over-thinned acrylic loses its covering power and pulls into beads on the model.
For modelers who paint with a brush and need a brown earth tone for equipment, gear and terrain. It comes into its own on camouflage, on gear and on the soil of dioramas. For toning it pays to mix a larger amount at once, so that the coats keep the same tone.
Keep out of the reach of children, close the bottle carefully after use, and when spraying ensure ventilation and use respiratory protection.
