DSPIAE SP-ES02 is a set of five self-adhesive abrasive papers in 280 grit, cut for flat sanding heads. A coarse grade for filler and resin.

Five self-adhesive abrasive papers cut for the flat sanding heads of the electric reciprocating sander. The 280 grit is a coarse grade for fast removal: it levels thick layers of filler, the remains of casting blocks on resin parts and pronounced unevenness. The flat head keeps the surface true while doing so, so material comes off across the whole width of the cut rather than at a single point.
A coarse abrasive leaves distinct scratches in the surface and on a panel it can sand out a hollow within a few seconds. Use it only where there is something to remove, and as soon as the unevenness is gone, move on to a finer grade. The scratches from this grit have to be removed by at least two further steps.
The refill is for owners of the electric reciprocating sander with flat heads who work with filler and resin parts. On a purely plastic build from a modern mold this grit will be used only rarely. The sander and the heads are not included in the package.
Do not breathe in the sanding dust from plastic and resin; work with extraction or at least with a respirator.
