Decal paper with a white base for laser printers from Green Stuff World. It lets you print your own decals that cover even on a dark surface.
Responsibility details are not available.
Paper for making your own decals on a laser printer, in the version with a white base. The white layer is the key difference from the clear variant: a color printed on clear paper practically disappears over a dark surface, whereas on a white base it stays legible and rich. It therefore suits insignia, numbers, lettering and unit markings on dark finishes.
Prepare the motif in a graphics program, print it on a laser printer and let it dry thoroughly. The printed sheet has to be clear coated, otherwise the print will dissolve in water; use light passes of clear coat from a spray can and let it dry between them. Cut the finished decal out as close to the motif as possible, because with white paper every extra edge is visible.
A laser printer cannot print white, so the white elements of a motif are created by leaving them unprinted. Better, then, to make the color a shade richer than it looks on the screen. Apply the decal over a gloss surface with a softener and, once dry, seal it with a matte clear coat that evens out the surface and hides the edges of the carrier film.
Intended for laser printers. The printed sheet has to be clear coated before use.
