About product

A-10A Thunderbolt II masking set, one-sided, 1:72 (Art Scale)

A self-adhesive express fit masking set for a model of the Fairchild Republic A-10A Thunderbolt II attack aircraft in 1:72 scale. The one-sided design covers the glazing from the outside. It is not a kit but an aid for quick and accurate masking of the canopy and the other transparent parts.

The real subject

The A-10 Thunderbolt II, nicknamed the Warthog, is an American single-seat attack aircraft intended for close support of ground forces, famous for its GAU-8 cannon and its ability to take hits.

Use

  • Stick the accurately shaped masks onto the canopy framing and the windscreen.
  • They allow sharp color transitions with no paint creeping under the mask.
  • Peel the masks off while the paint is still fresh.
  • Suitable for precise masking in a small scale.

Who the set is for

  • Builders of the A-10A Thunderbolt II in 1:72.
  • Modelers looking for quick and accurate masking.

An aid for masking, not a model. Paints are not included in the package.
