1:72 Operation Bodenplatte Jan 1945

1:72 Operation Bodenplatte Jan 1945 – a decal set (DP Casper)

A set of modeling decals in 1:72 scale from DP Casper. It is not a kit – it is an accessory intended to let you add period-accurate markings to plastic aircraft models you have already built. The theme is the German Operation Bodenplatte, the mass Luftwaffe attack on Allied airfields in western Europe on 1 January 1945.

Which models the set is intended for

• Luftwaffe fighter and attack aircraft used during Operation Bodenplatte (the Messerschmitt Bf 109 and Focke-Wulf Fw 190, for example).
• It completes ordinary plastic kits of these types in 1:72 scale.
• It lets you finish aircraft of particular units with the matching finishes and national insignia.

Who the set is for

For modelers interested in the Luftwaffe and the end of the Second World War who want to finish their 1:72 models in accurate and less common schemes of aircraft connected with Operation Bodenplatte.
