A6M Zero - 3D-printed decals 1:72

The set contains details executed as 3D-printed decals. Unlike ordinary flat decals they have a real thickness and a raised relief, so that once applied they look three-dimensional and faithful. The color rendering is tuned for a model of the Japanese A6M Zero fighter.

Use

  • The parts are applied much like wet decals: they are released from the backing in water and transferred onto the model.
  • They adapt to the shape of the surface and are pressed into the detail with a soft cotton swab. Check the manufacturer's instructions as to whether a decal softener may be used on them.
  • Work in small steps, so that the fine 3D parts seat flat.

Who it is for

For builders of the A6M Zero model in 1:72 who want to improve the detail quickly without photo-etched parts.

An accessory, not a kit. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
